Once again, I shall miss newbie day, for I shall be in the clutches of my local convention, lecturing on copyright, young adult literature, and possibly heckling Klingons.

Once again, I am taking bets on how long I can hold out before beating the obsessive Twilight fans.

Wish me luck, and I should be around-ish in the late evenings and back completely on Sunday afternoon, assuming I'm not abducted by other librarians. They're SCARY.

This goes for icecoldfrost, gorka_wolf, atreideslioness, and death_of_hope, of course. The girls are around, just quiet, in case I do find internet at the hotel and steal someone's netbook.

You need to get pictures of yourself kissing girls. Also, a few where you're facepalming. The lack of this kind of source material is hampering my icon collection.
